Definition:Spam is a form of meaningless posts created by one’s stupidity. This is not allowed in the forum, to prevent misunderstandings as such. The following is considered as spam in ETA. Definition: Posting right after another previous post which was from you. This is prohibited. This rule is to help avoid spam. You must wait for another member to post before you can reply. This forum is an English Speaking forum. The main language that is to be spoken in this site is English. If my any means that you would need to speak another language, might we request that you provide an english translation below the foreign language. Thank you. Definition: All images should not contain obscene images, or any form of pornography, abusive content. Nothing gory, for the eyes of a nine-year-old. Referring to your avatars, signature, banners, and other images that will be posted in the forum. Definition: Racism is the act of discriminating someone based on his/her race. Is prohibited in the forum. We must learn to respect everyone in the forum, for who they are, and what they believe in. Definition: Calumny is the utterance of maliciously false statements, gossip is an appropriate synonym. Prohibited in the forum, or anywhere else for the matter. Definition: Flaming is the act of saying negative comments in a malicious manner. This is not allowed. Comments and opinions are open in the forum, even negatively. But I highly advise that negative comments are placed in the nicest manner possible. Please refer to each other as the names given. For me, call me Amazoness Archer, Admin, or A.A. for short. Please refrain from using real names. This forum will not tolerate the use of Vulgar language, swearing or cursing at any reason whatsoever. Definition: When the topic discussing is not anymore related to the labeled topic. Once you have made a topic, the task is to keep the posts related to the topic. Off topic-ness will not be allowed. You will be reminded several times. If there is nothing else to discuss in a certain topic, feel free to Private Message the admin so that he/she may lock the topic permanently. Definition: Having false ownership over this piece of matter. As much as possible, please provide sources for all the info that you do not know, in your post. All owners of any content posted in this forum is owned by their respective owners. For the first offense of your violation you will be given a ‘Verbal Warning’ with the status of your offense, by any of the ETA staff. They will provide an explanation of your violation and request you to transpose your violated post. If you do not comply within a five day (max) duration period, your post will be forcibly deleted / edited by any of the staff members so that it will abide by the ETA Regulations. For the second offense of your violation, (Note: If you have violated the same rule twice, then it is considered as a second offense) you again, will be given a ‘Verbal Warning’ with the status of your offense, by any of the ETA staff. To differ with the first offense, this warning will be more firm, and strict. The staff will again provide an explanation of your violation and request you to transpose your violated post. If you do not comply within a five day (max) duration period, your post will be forcibly deleted / edited by any of the staff members so that it will abide by the ETA Regulations. For the third offense of your violation (Note: If you have violated the same rule thrice, then it is considered as a third offense), you once again, will be given a verbal warning with the status of your offense, by any of the ETA staff. To differ with the second offense, this warning will be more firm, strict, and blunt. The staff will not provide you an explanation for your violation, but will again request you to transpose your violated post. If you do not comply within a five day (max) duration period, your violated post will be forcibly deleted / edited by any of the staff members so that it will abide by the ETA Regulations. For the forth and on going offense, the matter will get more and more serious. As punishment, your ‘Warn Level’ will increase for every exceeding offense (beyond the third, against the same regulation). "Once the Warn Level has reached it’s maximum point, there is the biggest possibility that you will never set foot in this forum, again. " In order to decrease your warn level, PM the Admin to find any possible way. That should be enough to get the forum started. Thank you very much. Always,
